Chevy’s new engine is pretty brotastic! Chevy has had a legacy of  building small block V8 engines since 1955. Because they have been making these type of engines, they helped set the foundation for vehicle performance and kept Chevy competitive in the automotive market.

The General Motors VP Jim Campbell said, “It offered customers high performance and an affordable price in a compact design that was very easy to modify.” That just goes to show that Chevrolet started something amazing when it comes to the small block V8.
